I was pleased with Hendy Car Store Exeter and would recommend them because we always got great customer service and support after the sale of our vehicles.
I would not recommend Hendy Car Store Exeter due to the fact I was told the car was ready for collection on a Sunday, when I arrived the site was very understaffed, the original salesman was off sick so I sat with someone else and had to do all the sales paperwork again as well as the finance again, over an hour and a half to do a handover, I was informed the tracking hadn’t been done so had to arrange to get that done myself, then was given the key to my new car, I asked where the spare was and he didn’t know. 3 weeks have passed and I still haven’t got the spare key ! ( there were 2 keys when I test drove the car ) no one has contacted me, I’ve had to call them, still no key! My concern is that there is a key somewhere with full access to my car! It’s a case of we’ve got your money now we are not bothered.
So No! I am not very happy with the whole process!!!

The experience at Hendy Car Store Exeter was excellent because they were very open and friendly and had a very good follow up during and after the sale. As we live further away they were flexible with the pick up and had prepared the car as agreed. Owen was very helpful and easy to deal with. Many thanks
