I'd recommend Hendy Car Store Exeter to a friend because there was no pressure
Before the purchase, the service was attentive and professional. However, I asked several times whether the vehicle had been involved in an accident or had undergone any significant body repairs, and I was told there had been none. I also requested the vehicle's history on multiple occasions, but it was never provided.
Now that I have the car, I have noticed it has had several bodywork repairs. This was very disappointing, as this is important information that should have been disclosed before the purchase.
In addition, several plastic clips and fasteners were missing. The salesperson told me they had already been ordered and would be available within a few days. However, I have not received any follow-up, and I am still waiting for the missing parts.
Overall, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the vehicle's condition and the lack of follow-up after the sale.
Hendy Car Store Exeter were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they gave a wide selection of cars.

I would not recommend Hendy Car Store Exeter because I am not convinced that the aftercare is very good. Numerous calls myself to find out when the items we spoke about at purchase will be done and promised a call back and nothing.
