My experience at Hendy Car Store Exeter was good because they had the type of car I was looking for. Communication could have been much better, I had to make all the necessary calls even when I had been told I would be contacted. Dan was great doing the handover despite not being previously involved.
I was pleased with Hendy Car Store Exeter and would recommend them because we received great service during our purchase from Owen and also from Ellie following a valeting issue which was very satisfactorily resolved. Perhaps a management check of cars before they are handed over would be a goood idea.
